1. Sample Purchase Encouragement

To ensure customer satisfaction and to help you make informed decisions, we strongly encourage all buyers to utilize our "Buy Sample" feature. Purchasing samples allows you to evaluate quality, size, and other specifications before committing to a larger order.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be granted for items that are damaged or mishandled due to our error during the fulfillment process. This includes products that arrive defective or do not match the order specifications as a result of our mistake.

3. Eligibility for return
  • You may return your sample order within 30 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the samples must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
4. Non-Eligible Items
  • Refunds will not be issued for issues related to size, volume, or specifications that differ from your expectations, provided these were correctly fulfilled based on your order details.
  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes, but is not limited to:
    - Under garments (e.g., underwear, bras)
    - Swimwear
    - Perfumes and fragrances
    - Cosmetics and beauty products
    - Personal care items
  • We encourage you to thoroughly assess samples before placing bulk orders to avoid any discrepancies.
5. Time Frame for Refund Requests

If you receive a damaged or mishandled item, please notify us within 10 business days of receiving your order to initiate a refund request.

6. How to Request a Refund

7. Shipping Costs
