Refunds will only be granted for items that are damaged or mishandled due to our error during the fulfillment process. This includes products that arrive defective or do not match the order specifications as a result of our mistake.
If you receive a damaged or mishandled item, please notify us within 10 business days of receiving your order to initiate a refund request.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
